How does the money move from your customer to topi and to you, the seller?

topi disburses the entire transaction volume to the seller in a single payment. In scenarios involving partial shipments and corresponding invoices from the seller to topi, the payment is processed separately for each invoice.

topi follows distinct processes to manage the financial transaction with the customer:

  • For rental contracts, topi issues an invoice covering the entire rental duration.
  • In the case of immediate payment (pay now), topi consolidates the total amount within the initial transaction with the customer.
